Cinematic VR in your pocket: it’s hard to believe that we’ve come this far in just over twelve months.
Since our launch as a company last year, Oculus Rift has become a household name, Sony unveiled Project Morpheus, Google introduced the world to “Cardboard” for Android and now Samsung has launched Gear VR for its latest generation of the Galaxy Note, the Note 4.
The Note 4’s Super AMOLED display is a perfect example of the power of mobile VR. A razor-sharp, high-definition display with low persistence, it allows you to enjoy VR any time and in any place.
Importantly, mobile platforms such as the Note 4 expand the reach of VR beyond gaming. At Jaunt, we've been developing our full-stack cinematic VR with Samsung and other market leaders in anticipation of these advancements. In the coming months, you’ll be able to watch our groundbreaking content not just at home, but on-the-go with your mobile device.
Whether wired or untethered, Jaunt’s cinematic VR transports you around the world, places you “inside” of movies and gives you the best seat in the house at concerts and sporting events.
The next 12 months are going to be even more exciting than the last.
